Scott Hall pled guilty today to five criminal counts including the main charge of RICO. Hall was one of the main defendants connected to Sidney Powell’s attempt to tamper with voting machines.
As part of his plea agreement, he agreed to testify truthfully against all the co-defendants in the Georgia racketeering case.
In exchange for his testimony and guilty plea, Hall was sentenced to five years probation and the state agreed to a withhold adjudication. That means a defendant is found guilty, receives punishment, but does not become a convicted felon.

Scott Hall, a Trump supporter who is among the 19 people charged in a racketeering case involving the former president, is the first defendant to plead guilty.
One of the 19 defendants in a Georgia racketeering case against former President Donald J. Trump and his allies pleaded guilty on Friday to five misdemeanor charges, under a deal with prosecutors in which he would receive five years of probation.
