Unknown if Terror related: fires at both sites of the shootings… some speculation incendery devices used at two locations at the same time of the shootings….

And

An arrest Speculation it may be the Shooter

Also People shot at a flat and fires are burning in two near locations where this happened.

Early so much speculation and no real confirmations yet of motive, number of shooters etc if arrest is him or one of them.

Confirmation though no sauce MSM live, dead at both scenes the Hospital, a Children Wing as such for sick children in a classroom, and a seperate Flat that appears to be where it started.
