#Breaking News: Judge Arthur Engoron has decided that Donald Trump will not be allowed to give a closing argument in the civil fraud trial in New York.
The prosecution has been asking the Judge not to let Trump speak or defend himself in closing arguments, and the judge said he’d allow it with a lot of restrictions. Trump wouldn’t agree to these restrictions and felt he deserved the opportunity to speak freely and defend himself. The Judge didn’t agree.
Once again, Trump is being unfairly cheated by a corrupt system of prosecutors and a far left judge who are clearly coordinating against him. Not allowing a man, especially a former President, to freely defend himself is unconstitutional at best.
How are democrats still getting away with this?
