Video show father Corey Breaux in Baton Rouge Louisiana step in when group of teens bully his daughter outside their apartment.

Teens mock her appearance call her emo. One teen Jerry Huggins 19 years old pull gun and shoot father three or four times at close range.

Father survive after hospital stay but get serious injuries to neck abdomen and groin.

Huggins first charged with attempted murder but take plea deal to aggravated second degree battery plus weapon charge.

Judge sentence him to 13 years in prison on June 17 2026. Many people angry sentence too light.
