The sheriff of the Georgia county where former President Donald Trump could get indicted for a fourth time this year said he wouldn’t be giving the ex-president any special treatment.
Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat said Tuesday that Trump will be fingerprinted and a mugshot will be taken if he’s indicted in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ investigation looking into efforts to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results.
Willis said Monday that she will announce a charging decision by September 1.
‘Unless somebody tells me differently, we are following our normal practices, and it doesn’t matter your status, we’ll have a mugshot ready for you,’ Labat told Atlanta’s WSB-TV Channel 2.
Orange security barricades are already surrounding the Fulton County Courthouse as of last week.
