I called in to reduce my cash advance limit to the lowest possible amount and I was told $200 is the lowest I can do. I told the agent to proceed. As I refreshed my screen I noted that my Total credit limit was reduced from 20k+ to $200. I asked the agent to fix it and she asked me a series of income-related questions and then said I have submitted your request for additional credit but it didn’t go through and I will get a letter in 5-7 business days. Her manager said our system would not let her change anything. Very upset about this experience! Any thoughts or similar experiences?
