BlackRock cut another around 200 jobs.

This is just under 1% of their total workforce.

Cuts happen in investment, operations, tech and private credit teams.

CEO Larry Fink now make this kind of small cuts regular thing, not big one-time layoffs.

This is fourth round in last 18 months.

Company says it is to keep resources align with business goals.
