WASHINGTON (TND) — Many Americans are having trouble making ends meet due to economic conditions, including interest rates.
Over the past several months, we’ve heard from many people nationwide about their financial concerns – whether related to business or weekly expenses.
In a new Bankrate survey, 50% of U.S. adults say their overall financial situation is worse than it was in November 2020.
When it comes to a vote for president in 2024, 89% of Americans say the economy will be an important factor in their decision.
“Most Americans are not feeling very good – that’s the other part of the takeaway, and the primary reason for that is inflation,” Bankrate Senior Economic Analyst Mark Hamrick said.
