Arctic air outbreak to freeze 250 million in US. Snow totals higher, with an unusual storm next week possible

Heavy snow, sleet, and freezing rain will cause major problems this weekend and early next week. Severe weather and tornadoes are possible on Sunday across the south. Another winter storm is possible toward the end of next week further south.
