All it took was 2 weeks worth of Muslim immigrants protesting in America for people like David Leonhardt to start publishing anti-immigration articles saying the 1965 Hart-Cellar immigration act was a huge mistake.
Six months ago no mainstream media outlet would EVER publish this sort of thing, and you’d be summarily canceled from polite society simply for writing it.
