His attorneys said in a court filing on Thursday day that “there is no reasonable prospect of a successful reorganization” of his debts.
The move to liquidate “means [Jones’] ownership in Free Speech Systems is going to get sold,” Avi Moshenberg, an attorney representing some of the Sandy Hook families, told CNN in reference to Infowars.
