Normally, ad restrictions are limited to individual pages that violate their policy. Now, they’re requiring me to address all flagged issues across the site before removing the restrictions entirely. While I take immediate action by removing ads from flagged content, it takes days for their system to reflect the changes. This delay makes their demands not only unreasonable but impossible for me—or any publisher—to fully comply with.
With these restrictions, our ad revenue could drop by nearly half. As the largest ad network in the U.S., losing Google’s support is a significant financial blow, especially when things are already challenging. This situation has forced me to consider alternative ad networks and even implementing pop-ups temporarily to keep us afloat.
I don’t take this lightly. I hate that it’s come to this, but I’m doing everything I can to ensure we survive and thrive. In the meantime, please consider disabling your ad blocker for our site and signing up for our membership. Your support means everything right now.
