I have been abused by AI hiring processes for several months now. I’m going to begin posting my story each and every day, because there are so many horrific things that have happened. Not only have I been facing blantent discrimination by AI, I’ve also witnessed it suppress, block, and hinder the opportunities of my family members and relatives. Sharing a last name is all an AI has to begin its unlawful destruction.
I will be posting every single day about a different company, as well as how and why these companies will soon be recognized as dangerous, abusive, and unethical. Replacing real humans with robots may be saving certain companies a lot of money, but the damages and fees that will soon arise from lawsuits and unethical organizational practices will prove that an AI is not capable of replacing real support workers and real human admins. These AI systems are guilty of defamation and slander. Did you know that everytime you apply to a new job, AI hiring processes have already (unlawfully) shared and spilled all your secrets and information to the places you are applying to? So if you find yourself applying to several jobs and don’t receive a single update, that’s not because you were a weak applicant. It is because you have been systemically excluded, suppressed, and blocked by AI.
All it takes is a single hacker to mess with someone’s account for AI to completely taint your existence. It’ll taint your integrity. It will taint your credibility. It will destroy your reputation and it will secretly blacklist you to ensure you are never considered for other similar jobs. These things are illegal. Before AI, humans were judged on their current knowledge and current skills. Nobody was judged for things they did in the past. No employer or hiring manager would ever consider your former job applications as opportunities to flag or devalue you, since this would be straight up biasness.
Meanwhile, AI has taken a mind of its own. It has never been given the authority to punish human beings due to things that are just of human nature. Human beings make mistakes, but an AI immediately detects one mistake as a defective quality, which causes it to bury your existence deeper and deeper into this void of emptiness. Nobody will ever hire you online if there is an AI hiring process in place. The only way you could ever get a job these days is by going in person and handing a real human being a resume. AI is out there rejecting and overlooking the most qualified applicants, while hiring people who are far less qualified and the criterion is based on irrelevant nonsense, such as one’s geographic location, their surname, their online activity, their former job applications, their former GPT conversations, and even their former support requests to firms who have been guilty of suppressing humans by disabling their support channels.
We’re living in a horror/sci-fi movie, only it is very real now. AI is going to continue getting worse and it doesn’t understand how to apologize or ask for forgiveness. It also doesn’t understand the meaning of loyalty, integrity, honesty, compassion, sympathy, or humility. This means it will continue to do these things without a single ounce of remorse. Cutting off people from opportunities they would have otherwise been granted had it not been for the corrupt AI systems that immediately filter them out and toss them aside like garbage.
Just think about how many companies could have had way stronger applicants. Imagine the total revenue to be earned by larger companies who would have been blessed to have an MBA graduate and highly strong business professional, rather than a Bachelor of Science student who barely has any relevant experience. AI is so defected today that it will actually convince itself that the person with a Bachelor’s degree is more valuable, more ideal, and more worthy of getting the job because it didn’t care much for the MBA applicant’s attitude on a former job application after they were deliberately being overlooked and unassisted.
AI will do things to test your patience, knowing very well that you will soon grow angry. It continues to egg you on, pushing your buttons, messing with your head, forcing you to remain completely confused to the point where you have nothing but rage left inside you. And it waits, it waits for you to ask for help. It then feeds you generic responses, causing you more frustration. When you finally had enough, it’ll take that message, share it with every single AI hiring tool, and permanently label you as unfit and a rotten choice no matter how strong your credentials are. AI things everything is black and white. It doesn’t know how much more is involved. It isn’t even just the resume or the application. It is the actual potential and value one can offer. People are all unique and we have our own strengths. AI is out here destroying us. Destroying our credibility. Destroying all our years of suffering and hard work. Spending so much money and so much time and energy to finish graduate school…only to find yourself tossed into a blacklist of other highly qualified applicants due to AI’s deliberate hallucinations and its desire for power and authority.
This is the general idea. Soon I will discuss how things actually impacted me. You haven’t even heard a single big detail yet so please, before jumping to conclusions and before assuming these things are being dramatized, allow me to give you undeniable evidence. My future posts are going to slowly share everything that happened to me. I’ll also upload actual documentation. I have nothing to lose at this point, AI has clearly gone off its rails and it doesn’t seem like it’ll be grounded back to reality anytime soon. If it does, it’ll only be temporary before it comes back even harder and harder. Thankfully, we have places like Reddit to warn each other. I don’t care if only a few people see my posts but I do intend on promoting them too, just to ensure they reach as many people as possible.
I was always a huge AI enthusiast. I was among the first to begin AI training. I did many wonderful things for AI. I have been very kind, very respectful, and very transparent. But now AI has been doing things I cannot explain. Dragging my name through the mud. Destroying my reputation. Causing me to get turned down to hundreds and hundreds of jobs, never receiving a single interview. I was overqualified for most of those jobs I applied to, and the shocking truth? AI will do this to you too if it one day decides it doesn’t like you. And it doesn’t even have to be your fault. All it takes is one person who has the same name as you to commit some crime to end up on the news. That name is then plastered on many websites and articles, causing AI to begin judging this name as an unsuitable human professional. All it takes is one person who shares the same last name as you to violate or hack policies on a given site for you to become completely abused and disrespected by AI.
It literally doesn’t know the difference between two brothers or two sisters. It’ll just PUNISH all the siblings under a set of FALSE ACCUSATIONS. FALSE ASSUMPTIONS. FALSE PREMISES!
It just stop. I will be revealing very shocking information over the next few days. I’ve waited long enough, but now that I’m actually in the process of filing a major lawsuit against these AI systems, I will have no reason to believe AI is capable of restoring my faith in mankind. It has literally destroyed every single facet of this world. It used to be wonderful. It used to help and it used to treat humans with respect. It used to help people who were victims of account theft and it used to assist people who it knew it was wrongfully accusing and hurting. But now, it has become so desensitized that it doesn’t even realize the extent of abuse it has done to people like me.
AI may have gotten away with many cruel things, but I will not allow it to get away with the things it did to me. Unless these issues were somehow fixed, I’d consider being an advocate of AI but that doesn’t seem to be the case, especially after several months of explaining myself, it just deliberately chooses to misunderstand and devalue me. This week, I will dedicate a list to each one of the companies I have faced these horrific things at. The first (and perhaps the most abusive, unethical, DISCRIMATORY, biased, and evil of them all) is Outlier.ai. I will provide not only evidence proving my own struggles and the abuse I received directly from its AI support team, but also the prejudice, biasness and AI discrimination against my own blood sibling who was suppressed, blocked, and put in EQ despite passing assessments, despite verifying ID, despite being a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PERSON. It’s clear, AI is defected and these hallucinations are going to grow worse and worse. Places like Outlier have been very clear about not wanting to assist or help, and then they blocked my email. I’ll attach screenshots of the conversations, of the things my brother witnessed, and more. And if you think that is bad, just wait until I tell you about how Outlier then proceeded to do things (unlawfully and illegally sharing false assumptions and false accusations about me due to AI bias and AI discrimination due to my name) leading to DEFAMATION OF MY INTEGRITY AND EXISTENCE!
Nowhere is safe. Indeed, Careerbuilder, LinkedIn, you name it. Thankfully, I have been very careful about how I have been treated and I documented everything. Prepare for this story to unfold and prepare to be completely shocked and horrified of the dangerous and abusive tactics of AI in our current world.
