The Associated Press tweeted the verdict as follows: “Daniel Penny, the veteran who used a chokehold on subway rider Jordan Neely, has been acquitted in Neely’s death.” To the AP, Neely was an innocent subway rider.
As much as you hate the media, it’s not enough.
