Huge explosion at Pennsylvania refrigeration plant injures three people

A massive explosion has erupted at an industrial refrigeration plant in Pennsylvania injuring three people.

The manufacturing facility possibly owned by Johnson Controls, is an industrial conglomerate that makes HVAC and security systems for buildings, Newsweek reported.

The calamity took place on Tuesday morning around 7:30 am at the plant located at 100 Cumberland Valley Ave in Waynesboro, near the state’s southern border with Maryland.

The cause of the explosion has not yet been determined. OSHA is investigating the incident, WGAL News reported.
