The reason this is so shocking is that no one could have predicted it.

Everyone was saying they were selling this equipment.

Everyone was posting screenshots of it being sold on Tor sites.

The Ukraine is literally the single most corrupt country in the world, and none of these weapons are being tracked.

None of the money is being tracked.

Nothing is audited.
