Looks like all of those heavily denied rumors over the last two weeks have proven to be.
Zelenski fired Zaluzhny today, replacing him with a more CIA-pliable General, Syrsky. Lots of chatter over the last six weeks or so that both DC and Zelenski were concerned that Zaluzhny was becoming too popular, and wanted to end the war.
There is no profit to be made in DC or Kiev for ending the war now.
Zelensky replaced Zaluzhny with the guy who surrendered Bakhmut, just in time for him to surrender Avdiivka. 😆
Reportedly Syrsky is obedient and carries out orders to the letter.
