To be fair it looks like there is not enough downhill slope in that cable to prevent from getting stuck in the sag.
Having said that, they should have gone one at time and have their teammates help push them off to good start.
Have the strongest one go fast and get a running start.
But that is the problem with women- they assume that everything is set up to make things accommodating for them.
And…..everyone they were trying to rescue is now….DEAD!
