I have lived long enough to see this progression:
>1960’s/70s “Ecology” movement says we need to clean up pollution
Ok, makes sense to me as a kid.
>late 70s – “Ecology” isn’t moving the needle for Big Government enough anymore, so we move to “Global Cooling” scaremongering.
>80s/90s – Cooling propaganda is scrapped for Warming. “The Coming Ice Age” propaganda is memory-holed
>2000s – Global Warming becomes “Climate Change”
>2020s – Climate Change becomes “Climate Crisis”
Meanwhile, all along every bit of it since the end of the first Ecology movement has been a lie.
It’s an ocean of doctored and false data.
I also saw at every stage that the proponents of this doom and gloom always had only ONE prescription for it all: bigger government and more wealth redistribution.
