No shame: Taxpayer dollars wasted on migrant bailouts and foreign corruption

Sharing is Caring!

California’s latest move to fund legal fees for illegal migrants is a blatant betrayal of its citizens. Tax dollars are being used against the will of the voters, who have repeatedly opposed such measures. Instead of addressing the needs of struggling residents, leaders are choosing to prioritize those who broke the law, sending a clear message: the people’s voice doesn’t matter.

In New York, the misuse of public funds takes an even darker turn. The city is spending $220 million to rent the entire Roosevelt Hotel for migrants, but there’s a catch—the hotel is owned by Pakistan’s government. This deal wasn’t just about housing; it was part of a $1.1 billion IMF bailout to save Pakistan from defaulting on its debts. Taxpayers are essentially footing the bill for foreign financial woes while their own communities are ignored.

The Roosevelt Hotel, closed since 2020 and in desperate need of repairs, is now being revitalized at the expense of New Yorkers. This isn’t aid—it’s exploitation. Politicians are misusing public funds to broker shady deals that benefit foreign interests while burdening Americans. This disgraceful mismanagement cannot be tolerated any longer.
