– Deposit bitcoin, ~75-100% of the value of the house.
– Bank buys the house, you live in it.
– Loan is secured on bitcoin + house so double-collareralised (hence <100% bitcoin deposit).
– Make small monthly interest payments, or just add them to the loan.
