Trump Calls for Israel to Strike Iran’s Nuclear Sites, Requests Military Aircraft Protection

Sharing is Caring!

Former President Donald Trump stated on Friday that he believes Israel should strike Iran’s nuclear facilities in response to the Islamic Republic’s recent missile attacks. Speaking at a campaign event in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Trump criticized President Joe Biden’s stance on the issue after Biden was asked about the possibility of Israel targeting Iran’s nuclear program.

“They asked him, what do you think about Iran, would you hit Iran? And he goes, ‘As long as they don’t hit the nuclear stuff.’ That’s the thing you want to hit, right?” Trump said, expressing his view that the nuclear threat posed by Iran should be prioritized.

Biden had responded to the question about military action against Iranian nuclear sites by stating unequivocally, “The answer is no.” In Trump’s view, this response was misguided. “Isn’t that what you’re supposed to hit? I mean, it’s the biggest risk we have, nuclear weapons,” he noted. He further argued that the appropriate response to Iran’s missile barrage would be to “hit the nuclear first and worry about the rest later.”

A major leak of US classified documents has appeared online Saturday… or we should qualify alleged leaks of at least two TOP SECRET documents, with both marked NOFORN – which is among the highest classifications – given it indicates the specific intelligence cannot be shared with allied foreign intelligence agencies (with the exception of the “Five Eyes”).
