Dell enforces office returns and starts implementing pay cuts for employees.

Dell has recently enforced a strict return-to-office policy, requiring hundreds of its global sales team employees to work onsite five days a week. Additionally, the company is implementing pay cuts and other cost-saving measures due to rising costs and productivity concerns. This has led to significant backlash from employees.
