Tropical Storm Leslie is being monitored in the Atlantic after Hurricane Milton. While Leslie remains in the open ocean and is not expected to impact land, the National Hurricane Center is also tracking a tropical wave near the Cabo Verde islands. It’s too early to determine whether the wave will develop into a significant storm.
