China has initiated mass production of biomimetic humanoid robots, with Fourier Intelligence set to produce thousands of its GR-1 robots by the end of 2023. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has also outlined plans for significant expansion in humanoid robot production by 2025. This move reflects China’s ambition to become a leader in robotics and automation.
