Record rain and snow sweep across Europe with 100-year floods and 10 feet of snow in the Alps the beginning of September. This looks like it is more precipitation coming out of the atmosphere from the Hunga Tonga eruption that ejected 14% more moisture into our atmosphere two years ago. Records for rain and snow should be average 10% larger than the “largest ever”, so how will this affect the worlds infrastructure?
