During a visit to Kyiv, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and U.K. Foreign Secretary David Lammy discussed the matter with President Volodymyr Zelenskiy. President Joe Biden is expected to further discuss this issue with Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Washington later this week.
