Tropical depression may form in the Gulf; experts warn of an increasingly hyper-active hurricane season ahead.

A leading climate expert called for up to 38 tropical storms due to supercharged "climate fueled" oceans, but so far we have only seen 5.

Experts have now concluded that the oceans and atmosphere are actually "overheating" due to global warming and a "new normal" is emerging.
