NVIDIA Bug Causes Win 10 Blue Screen Of Death

There is a known issue with NVIDIA drivers causing the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) on Windows 10 systems. The problem is linked to the latest GPU drivers from Release 555 and later, which are incompatible with older CPUs that lack the POPCNT instruction. This incompatibility leads to a BSOD loop upon restarting the computer after driver installation.
