Portland is a very liberal city which, up until recently, was extremely pro-homelessness, drug addiction, and general criminality.
We’re seeing a trend now.
A lot of this wacko stuff is getting rolled back.
It’s like the hard line psycho liberalism peaked, and we’re now seeing a slow cooling off.
