In Nebraska, a 74-year-old woman who was believed to have died while in hospice care was found to be breathing after being transported to a funeral home. The incident occurred when she was taken from a nursing home, where she had been declared dead, to the Butherus-Maser & Love Funeral Home in Lincoln. An employee noticed her breathing and immediately called 911. She was transported to a local hospital alive but later passed away there. The Lancaster County attorney has ordered an autopsy to investigate this unusual case further
