Just a reminder, a median income family can afford roughly a $280,000 home.
The median PRICED home currently is around $400,000.
Only roughly 25% of households can afford a median priced home.
80% of that 25% already own a house.

We spent over $800 today on fixing up a rental property & I did not think twice about the expense.
I will also struggle to pay $30 for a shirt and worry it's a waste of money.
Can anyone else relate to this?
